How many times do you look at yourself in the bathroom mirror and point out things you don't "like". You end up feeling down about yourself before leaving the bathroom. Am I the only one? I had to do something different and stop the self sabotaging. How about looking at your relationship and magnifying all the things that aren't "perfect"? Yep, that's me too.
